Good Friday is here again.

Boiled seafood (lots of crawfish, lol) is a very popular option for dinner ideas on Good Friday, especially here in the south, but does anyone have any creative alternatives to the ever-common boiled seafood dishes?

It's anything goes at my house. I am a professional chef and my wife is a professional cook. We let the family come up with the menus and we do the cooking. Creating the menu to me is the hardest part. We will undoubtedly do a pasta dish and maybe shrimp or fish on the barbecue.

Sorry, no alternative here. My family boiled 3 sacks on Friday. We are having crawfish stew for Easter Sunday.
