As a Houman living in New Orleans for many years , we used to skate in Acadialand sub off of Grand Caillou Road in the 70's / no problem from anyone back then about it . Give the new kids a chance at athletics , a physical state , and some type of worth to provide them with at least two skate parks around Houma . There is definitely enough room. Spend the money on it - maybe some of the electricity charges (out of control) should be forwarded to a better purpose . Mark Harper |
